The Biochemistry Laboratory (BIOC)

The research activities of the Biochemistry laboratory (BIOC) cover four themes: macromolecular interactions leading to the transformation of messenger RNA into proteins, detoxification systems of significance for membrane pumps, the development of nanobiosensors and structural bioinformatics.

The Laboratory for Optics and Biosciences (LOB)

The laboratory's activity is structured into projects. The teams are not fixed, but are formed according to the research programs that are being undertaken. This form organisation is required mainly because our research is highly multidisciplinary.
